I have been quite curious about an hr software that a manager friend of mine recommended to me. I am an HR manager that feels that I need to implement a process that will allow us to hire the right people for the job openings that we have. It is true that we need to fill a lot of positions, but that does not mean that we have to hire just anyone. We want quality candidates, and a good software will help us determine who is a good person to hire. It just seems that there are so many people out there who can bring problems into the company. I have always been working so hard towards MBA scholarships because I feel that people who work hard deserve the free education. If I can use my knowledge to improve the world, I feel like I should be compensated for it. After I get my MBA, I know that I will do great things for my local area and maybe even for the country. I have a lot of potential, and I don’t think that it should go to waste. I feel as if I was born to be in the business of businesses. I want to be a CEO of a company one day. This degree will help me go far, and if I can get a scholarship, it will be even better for me in the future. I am excited to apply for the scholarship and see if I qualify. I will consider myself to be quite lucky if I do.
